Evelyne Ouellet (pronounced “Wellet,” like “Welcome”) is a French Canadian-California Realtor who began her career in commercial real estate in Canada, working alongside her father. She later transitioned to the business side of showbiz, working full-time on tour with Cirque du Soleil across 22 U.S. markets. Her passion for branding and reaching target audiences was further developed during her 10 years in media, including her work with Sir Richard Branson at Virgin, where she mastered the art of branding and delivering an exceptional client experience.
In 2002, Ouellet and her husband began investing in real estate, purchasing six homes in Canada and California. This personal experience in building their property portfolio enhances her ability to guide clients through their own real estate investments.

Since 2020, Ouellet has grown her Homes & Lifestyle community to over 12,000 members, all driven by a shared goal: real estate investment and lifestyle building. In addition to serving Los Angeles, she assists clients in investing in second homes and short-term rentals in Mammoth Lakes, providing them with a competitive edge in both residential and investment markets.
